Hamptons Brighton Hotel

The quadruple room was spacious and clean, maintaining a good standard as seen in the online photos. Check-in was straightforward, and the receptionist was friendly. The lack of sound insulation significantly affected our stay, with noise from other rooms disturbing our sleep. The shared bathroom facilities were sometimes inconvenient, given the number of guests. Despite these drawbacks, the availability of hot water and clean towels were appreciated.

The staff was pleasant and attentive and the place was clean. We ordered lunch at Sawadee Thai Restaurant, located close to the venue. Had a really lovely stay here.

We didn't like that there was elevator missing, were a little disappointed.

The staff were welcoming and helpful with requests. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

The hotel was ideal and overall clean inside, I really enjoyed it. The staff were amiable and excellent and assisted me greatly. This accommodation had a central setting so close to everything. It was also really close to the sea front, bars restaurants & the beach and Brighton-right by the lanes.

Some areas could use improvement like adding hooks in the bathroom for convenience. It was easy to walk to the beach and local shops, a plus.

The location offers easy access to nearby attractions with a convenient beachfront proximity. The en suite bathroom provides a private space that adds a touch of comfort, even if the rest of the room doesn't deliver.

The floors felt uneven. Noise traveled easily from outside and the hallways, leading to some restless nights, especially with thin walls and possibly loud neighbors. Checking in required a trek to a different hotel, which could be a hassle with luggage, and the narrow stairs might challenge anyone with mobility issues. Wifi availability is hit or miss. Only the top floors seemed to have decent service, while the bottom levels struggled.

I appreciated the beautifully decorated common areas and the warm, cute atmosphere. The staff were helpful, with easy access for seniors like myself.

More seating in common areas would be beneficial.

We spent the day at The Theatre Royal and explored the cultural quarter. The room was clean and spacious, ideal for our group. Make sure to check for a fan during hot weather! Definitely recommend this place for a fun stay with friends!

One small downside was that the bathroom could have used some more hooks or shelves. It would have made things a lot easier when getting ready for our outings.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay where I was pleasantly surprised by the mini fridge in the room and the very comfortable bed. The cleanliness was impressive, and the WiFi worked perfectly, enhancing my overall experience. I would definitely choose this place again!
